Shipping & Returns
PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES AS WE REQUIRE SOMEONE TO SIGN FOR THE DELIVERY.
- All shipping is by The Courier Guy.
- If you have paid by debit or credit card, your order will ship within 24-48 hours.
- If you have paid via EFT your order will ship within 24-48 hours of your payment clearing.
- Please note that weekends and Public holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
What do you charge for Shipping?
Shipping is a direct cost to client and calculated individually on site for each shipment, transparent to the customer. Our products therefore carry no added mark-up for such costs.
