Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes as we require someone to sign for the delivery.

  • All shipping is by The Courier Guy.

  • If you have paid by debit or credit card, your order will ship within 24-48 hours.

  • If you have paid via EFT your order will ship within 24-48 hours of your payment clearing.

  • Please note that weekends and Public holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

What do you charge for Shipping?

Shipping is a direct cost to client and calculated individually on site for each shipment, transparent to the customer. Our products therefore carry no added mark-up for such costs.

Once I’ve placed my order, how long will it take to arrive?

Your Milk Maiden parcel will arrive within 2-4 working days.

Please note that weekends and Public holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method.

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

For orders shipped outside of South Africa, Please email us for more information.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number.

Tracking will be available the day after your order is shipped out.

 

Can I change my shipping address once my order is placed?

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at info.milkmaiden.co.za with correct shipping address.

 

What happens if my parcel was undelivered?

If you or someone on your behalf was unable to receive your parcel when it was delivered it will be returned to Milk Maiden. We will send you an email notifying you of the failed delivery. You will then be required to pay the standard delivery fee again . Once the payment has been made and cleared you will be required to send us proof of payment along with your delivery address. Milk Maiden will notify you when your item has been re dispatched.
