🚚 Shipping Information

  • Courier Partner: All orders are shipped with The Courier Guy.
  • Processing Time: Orders ship within 24–48 hours of payment clearing.
    • Debit/Credit Card: ships within 24–48 hours.
    • EFT: ships within 24–48 hours after funds reflect.
  • Delivery Days: Business days only (weekends and public holidays excluded).
  • Tracking: You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Please note: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes — someone must be available to sign for the parcel.

📍 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address — we don’t add hidden mark-ups.
  • Major cities include: Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Bloemfontein, East London, George, Kimberley, Ladysmith, Nelspruit, Pietersburg, Port Elizabeth, Potchefstroom, Pretoria, Welkom.
  • International Shipping: Calculated on request. Email us at info@milkmaiden.co.za for a quote.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

At Milkmaiden, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery, provided the conditions below are met.

✅ Conditions

  • Items must be purchased directly from milkmaiden.co.za.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original condition.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Swimwear, intimates, jewellery, and altered items are non-returnable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping (we recommend tracked couriers like Courier Guy, Postnet, or Aramex).
  • If your item is defective, Milkmaiden will arrange collection at no cost.

💸 Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds: Processed via EFT within 5–10 working days once the return is inspected.
  • Exchanges: Subject to stock availability. If unavailable, store credit will be issued.
  • Sale & Discounted Items: Not refundable. Sale/discounted items may be exchanged for another size (if available) or returned for store credit.

  2. Package securely with original tags and packaging.
